Integrity is of utmost importance in every business and in life. It is a core principle to effective leadership and toward developing long term relationships both as an employer or manager, and as a service provider. Customers and employees value integrity and will typically run from a business that is perceived as not operating with it.
To witness the damaging impact of failed leadership that is devoid of integrity, one has to look no further than Washington, DC. Our nation struggles when we lack effective leadership that possesses unquestioned integrity. If leadership acts in their self interests at the expense of others, and if they fail to communicate clearly and to act in a manner that coincides with what they've promised, then there will be no trust. Without trust, there is no team.
Build your practice upon a foundation of integrity. It will generate great loyalty from both team members and customers.
