Finding Opportunity

Results of the Merck-Henry Schein National Equine Veterinary Economic Study contained a chart that shows the percentage of revenue generated in respondent practices by specific practice activities or services.  If you know what a similar chart for your practice looks like, you should be able to identify some areas in which you are lower than the 'average' equine practice.  These areas may provide insights towards finding opportunities for services to develop in your practice.  To find even more opportunities, refer to the Merck-Henry Schein Study, which can be downloaded from the Document Library.
