Successful veterinary practices understand that while they treat animals, they are in the business of serving people. Service Thursday will provide education focused on two primary areas: providing exemplary veterinary care and providing exemplary customer service. Most veterinarians are well trained in veterinary medicine, but we aren't often exposed to learning about customer service. We will examine and discuss customer service in depth on Service Thursdays.
