Getting a team to work toward common goals is a great accomplishment. But, how does this happen? Who establishes the vision for a unitfied team?
The designated leader, either the owner, or the CEO must provide this vision, with support from key people in every part of the practice. Leadership is paramount. The leader(s) must establish a vision that others want to adopt as their own, a vision that supports 'why' they would expend the energy and commitment to help accomplish the objective.
The leader(s) must demonstrate unwavering support and commitment towards accomplishing the team goals. Their leadership example is most important!
